(03/1985), I started as an aerial foreman on a 150 mile rebuild and upgrade of a cable system in southern California. I worked for a year as an aerial foreman along with 20 other crews and was promoted to a general foreman's position. My duties were to work with, teach and train new crews as well as quality control all other crews.
(02/1987) I was promoted to Construction Supervisor to oversee cable construction of a 50 mile build. I managed 5 in house crews as well as 4 sub contractor 's with multiple crews. My responsibilities were to manage production, as builds, crew timesheets, a sub contact billing.
(03/1989) I was promoted to Project manager and went to Los Angeles to become the 3rd manager to try and bring a 350 mile rebuild back on track. I managed aerial and underground construction of cable and fiber as well as splicing. I resigned in Jan of 1991.
