2016 - present
I completed Celebration college school of ministry and was selected to intern under the worship department. As a student/intern I was able to work with our recording engineer to write and record new songs for Celebration worship; assist with maintaining music equipment; play/sing at services; advance my knowledge of music theory; and teach guitar/pedal training class for development students. I was also given the opportunity to learn Ableton live, and build the Ableton sessions for all of our locations.
As an intern under the worship department of Celebration Church, I have the opportunity to teach an Ableton live class in Celebration College. On the days I am not teaching I am the part time worship director at our Orange Park location. My tasks there include: development of current and potential volunteers, overseeing and maintaining all equipment, setting up the Ableton rig before service, and Playing/singing. Band leading is another crucial part of my role which allows me to relay information to the team on stage with me during a worship set which may include: calling chords via the numbers system. or receiving and relaying information from a pastor to my team.
