Responsible for the leasing activities at Rimrock Mall in 2017/2018, Rimrock Mall and Kitsap Mall in 2019, and Rimrock Mall and The Shops at Willow Bend in 2020.
Lease new space; develop and execute creative and aggressive leasing strategies which may include re-tenanting, renewals, early renewals, buy-outs, re-locations, and new tenants. In 2019, I exceeded the total budgeted square feet of 84,182 sf at Rimrock Mall and Kitsap Mall by over 40,000 sf and completed 124,283 sf of Leasing. In 2018, I was able to to surpass the budgeted square footage at Rimrock Mall of 51,576 sf by over 22,732 sf and completed 74,308 sf of leasing.
Cultivate new and maintain existing relationships with desirable prospective tenants including national retailers, regional retailers and local Mom & Pops. While working with a wide variety of Tenants, I was able to grow the permanent occupancy at Rimrock Mall from 62% in 2017 to over 90% in 2019.
Canvass markets to identify potential tenants; visit existing retail facilities in the centerās immediate and neighboring communities, contact retailers by phone or in person to obtain additional information and to assess retailer interest in leasing space, review industry publications to identify potential national and regional tenants and industry trends.
Qualify potential tenants by reviewing their financial statements and checking references; negotiate lease terms that meet or exceed budgets and that address items including, but not limited to, space, basic and percentage rent, term, extra charges and construction allowances.

Managed a non-profit membership base of over 1,340 business members, accounting for nearly $1 Million in total membership revenue.

Effectively engaged Billings area businesses to invest in the Billings Chamber of Commerce as new members. The annual membership investment dues ranged from $375 to $13,500.
Worked with existing members of the Chamber of Commerce to find sponsorship's/donations that will best benefit their business, while moving our community forward. The donations were as small as $100 and major donations exceeded $80,000.
Surpassed new member revenue goal in 2014 by over $28,000, exceeded new member revenue goal in 2015 by over $45,500 and in 2016 by $71,300. Every year resulted in record numbers of total new members as well as overall revenue.
