I was involved with multiple teams and multiple projects. Mainly involved in platform projects which are internal and external in nature. I have played multiple roles in the teams as per requirement. As a Scrum Master, oversaw the software delivery for IT. This included the Agile/Safe transformation and Implementation.
ā I was assigned as a Scrum Master to two different teams. I have helped transform the teams from disorganized, low velocity teams to high velocity and Scrum efficient teams.
ā I had to take up a new scrum team with 6 members. This was a team where I am managing the Sprint activities and delivery of projects from end to end. In 15 days with just the dev team and architect, we created a new micro service, created a high-level design, Plan the sprint and deliver the project. With just a few changes we put it for release as well.

This is a Data Migration Project with a goal to migrate data related from old application with all necessary transformations applied to the new application. Make sure that new application can absorb old data and continue using it going forward. It also involves infrastructure design and metadata reporting.
