I've been in the culinary field for the last 21 years, I come highly skilled in french/Japanese cuisine, I've spent the last 10 years playing with the gastropub concept, and has been a fruitful experience. I'm from spokane/cda area and have worked all over the U.S. from Louisiana to San Francisco to up state New York. I've won 2 epicurious one In spokane and the other in Seattle, was featured on dinners drive-ins and dives, at Jimmy's down the street in cda idaho. I have catering experience with 10+ from designing wedding menus to high end charity events such as the Ronald McDonald house of charity foundation for the multi million hires and billionaires in the inland north west. I have worked at a few resorts such as gozzer ranch and there 5 locations across the U.S.A I am new to the area, and am trying to build a name for myself here, with that said I also have years of working construction as well, and was raised on a farm so I understand what it truly means to be farm to table.
