I want to add that I have been considered for this position once before and understandably was turned turned down for lack of experience. I was offered a job with less responsibility , to Learn from the executive chef (Jim) which in this past year I did. He and I work side by side in the kitchen and in the office creating fantastic menu items. Since we started the food in the cafeteria has gone from sub par to outstanding. You can ask any one of the many students and they will tell you how much we have improved the food, service , and all around consistency off the place. Please take our Chemistry into consideration when making your decision on the executive chef position. And although I have not quite learned the drives program, I am learning and feel that continuing to work along side Jim as the new GM I will have it mastered in no time and have the new cafeteria running like a well oiled machine.
