I have been challenged with difficult situations over the last 2-3 years examples being: Contracting out the Laundry work that effected 5 employees that had to be reassigned to another department. Taking on the transition of the Housekeeping Department from one Division to another. Not to mention the Covid-19 Pandemic. I am an enthusiastic individual with superior skills in working in both team-based and independent capacities. Bringing strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills to any setting.
