I have been working in construction my entire life and have been very fortunate in the opportunities I have been able to take advantage of.  I have had the opportunity to work in various fields in many different trades.  After living outside of ohio for the last six years, I have decided to move back home and try to find a job as a GIS Analyst or Engineering Technician in the Cleveland/Akron area.

The purpose of the project was to locate and accurately document Fort Drum's communication system for future projects and maintenance of the existing system.  The parts of the project I was responsible for were: 

  • Correct and update existing communication levels from field notes and construction drawings.
  • Create and attribute a complete communications system from field surveys and as-builts.
  • Import and correct shapefiles generated from a field survey team into ArcGIS and ensure they are SDSFIE complient as well as compatible with the rules of our local database.

For this Project, I was part of a four man team that surveyed US property on military bases in Iraq and Afghanistan. 

  • Collected real-property data in Iraq & Afghanistan.
