I supervise 10 employees daily to make sure I workload is completed within our companies turnaround time.
I have 3 separate departments with I have to maintain.
Our Cal Lab, Repair Lab, and our Onsite Cal team.
I control the priority list for each department and ensure employees are being efficient as to maximize each employee's strengths and weaknesses.
I review onsite jobs as to see which person will go and follow up to make sure job was completed and customers are happy.
I am still responsible for Calibration and going onsite to customer's facilities.

Onsite and In-house calibration of all test equipment.
My day to day tasks are the performance of on-site calibration.
I have a great many tools which allows me to calibrate Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, RF Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Electronics Loads, Attenuators, Power meters and Sensor, Various Biomed equipment, calipers and micrometer, and Ovens, etc.
When I am not on site, I am in our Lab calibrating sale priorities and customers units sent in.
I have knowledge of Met cal and how to cal items with it.
I also go and do on site calibrations out of state when it is needed.
I have the knowledge and ability to perform tasks on my own and they will get completed the best I can.

Calibration of the Companies work tools which include plug gages, thread ring gages and thread plug gages, Calipers, All type micrometers, Height gages, Dial indicators, test indicators, ring gages, Muller gages.
Along with Daily calibration, my duties were the Coordination of outside Calibration companies with are varies ovens, grinding machines and varies presses.
I also coordinated items that get sent to various calibration companies with packing and purchasing request forms.
Other duties that I performed here include compiling data from varies forms that the Quality Inspectors use into one Database, then producing this Database to my Managers once a month for their reports.
I also am in charge of purchasing outside equipment for the Quality department and the calibration program.
My duties also included repair of items that have failed calibration.
As the Lead Calibration Technician, I coordinate the 2nd shift employee on what needs to be completed and teaching these employees how to calibrated items that are unfamiliar to them.

Calibration of torque wrenches, pressure gages, feeler gages, radio test sets, firing test sets, oscilloscopes, multimeters, counters, RF test sets, etc.
I was also the lead of our Onsite team that calibrated the F-18 engine test cells.
Along with that I also did the calibration of the base's compass rose.
Majority of my Calibration experience was spent in the RF section of our Cal Lab.
Calibration of all equipment that was used on the F-18 fighter jets and all equipment that supported it as well.
The use and set up of standards was performed by me while instructing other Marines.
I was also in charge of as many as eight other Marines who I trained and managed on a day by day basis.
I have a great knowledge of Physical & Dimensional items and well as troubleshooting skills.
2/2008Silver State Helicopters － Long Beach Los Angeles, CAEnrolled in courses to obtain my Flying Certificates. Earned my Private pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Rating, and my Certified Flight Instructor Rating. I have also obtained my SFAR 22 and 44 rating to instruct students.
