Also Pressure test equipment, Rig up flare stacks on location along with Sand Traps, fix adjustable chokes or plug catcher screens, drive loaded out trailers from location to location, work for excessive number of hours in any weather condition, fill out JSA form before safety meetings, interact with Fluid Engineer on location, dispose of fluids if tanks rise on location and receive fluids if needed such as fresh water, take samples while drilling or when sweeps come back and communicate with Flow back Operator daily.

- To successfully be well rounded in industry I travel to various areas of Texas (North, South, West), currently stationed in West Texas on oil rig field working 2 to 3 weeks on alternating shifts/1 week off.
- Duties in the field include working with solid control materials, separating solids from liquids which consist of mud weight tests, viscosity test, mud weight cutting, burning retorts, dry cuttings, housekeeping, servicing of all centrifuge/generator equipment, operate excavator, dewatering.
- To not have infavorable reports, all know field processes and a good review of our rig is received I Train new SSE's (short service employees), communicate with supervisor and company men, assist rig workers with diesel pressure wash of shakers, prepare/email hazard id/activity/service reports to district manager/coordinator, supervisors and other field techs on location, fill in for other techs in their absence, assist with any emergencies in field (rig up/rig down).
- For safety reasons I attend daily meetings for pre job safety analysis, pre JRA risk assessments and upkeep of mileage by filling out field log sheet/journey management forms for personal company truck provided for travel.
- Hired as a year round intern in the IT Dept to assist the Assets Management group with transporting computers, supplies to various locations, recycling, replacing printer ink cartridges in and delivering maintenance kits to employees
- Set up Desktop Computers for XTO users of XTO by updating to new software versions
- Imaged Desktops daily in the process of migrating to Windows 7 gradually due to the new upcoming project of the ExxonMobil GOP
