I'm one of the few. A responsible disciplined and most importantly highly trained asset to any organization I have ran my own company and been the corner stone of others I'm young enough to still get excited and old enough to educate and be responsible for others. With multiple different skill across multiple industries I can't see my self as anything less than real treasure to a company that seeks me as much as I seek them. Not many of us out there right now as the industry is currently loosing many of it's experience leaders due to retirement. I however can fully fulfil a leadership roll as well as physically execute the task it's self for many years to come.

Working for arc I spent time as a lineman on multiple reconductor and conversion jobs and promoted to foreman quickly as my skills and mindset were seen by many members of management and my own peers while serving as the foreman of a 4 man crew I made it my priority to not only efficiently and safely complete the work in the best interest of my organization but also put a lot of focus on trading the apprentices under me and do my very best to give them all the knowledge and skill that I was given by my leaders and ensure they to could execute the work and be safe and efficient in the process.
After completing apprenticeship I promoted to journeyman lineman with duke energy and quickly was recognized for knowledge and passion for the job and crew. This led me to fast promotion to sr lineman wich is a lead role usually overseeing a 3-4 man crew as well as executing the work my self I spent time doing transmission and distribution installing steel and wood poles and not only installing the equipment like switches, capacitors, re-closures, transformers and capacitors but operation them as well. Responded to call outs during all hours of the night and worked on holidays and weekends to repair faulty equipment as well as trouble conditions.
Hire date was aug 10 2010 for me at Duke energy Ohio/ky and during this apprenticeship I got exposure and experience in virtually every aspect of outside electrical utility work from transmission lattice towers and monopoles to underground distribution switchgear we got our hands in a little bit of everything but it was not easy being brought up to climb every pole and only allowed to use brace and bit to bore holes in on poles for mounting hardware I must say it did ensure everyone who was there wanted to be there and learned a lesson in work ethic.
When working at cold spring electric I was responsible for completing electrical and HVAC service calls and maintenance. I was also largely involved with larger projects such as new commercial construction, larg amperage multi gang service installs, rewires and production line relocation or expansions.
