I am a hard worker who has a solid ten years worth of experience in the field over a wide range of variations of cleaning methods. I get sick or on the odd occasion run late like any normal person but I put my job first and have high self standards for the quality of my work and do whatever it takes to show up to work on time. The more i do a task the more efficient I become at it. I am always looking for new and better methods as well as challenging myself to find ways to do something faster and more efficiently without sacrificing quality. I have done much of my work unsupervised by superiors and can be trusted to work the same whether I am being watched or off on my own. I have a lot of pride im my work and I truly enjoy working in the janitorial field, but I always open to advice or ideas of how things could be done better. I have a flexible open schedule, I am willing to keep working longer if needed to finish a task, and I am always open to learning new skill.

This was a strangely acquired job. Integrity maintenance was sub-contracted to clean Kroger in South Shores when A&M employees failed to show up to clean. Later was hired on directly to the company part time but all communication between me and my employer was done over the phone and fax.(Some information is missing on Resume due to the fact that fact i never had access to a business office or any in person interaction and since everything is closed due to covid I cannot get in contact with anyone to try and find it.)
My first job started three days after I turned sixteen. As my first job learned a lot about the field from people who had been doing it a lot longer than me and most of all learned how to take direction, work with others, and that i was the better than everyone at everything (I was an arrogant teen what can i say?)
This was a dual credit honor classes during my last two years in high school. I have 1 year worth a credit in Auto-CAD drafting in design but never continued after high school because I realized it was not the career for me.
