In charge of sending applications needed to have made into a Work Station Group for that department. Sent all information for Provisioning to new assets. Scheduled deployment with department and Dell. In charge of assigning Dell Technicians to deployments of new assets. Kept a detailed spreadsheet of all status stages of each department. Responsible for attending daily Team conference call to report status.

•Setting up meetings with senior management and/or health plan administrators for updates on the progress of each project and addressing concerns.

Including recruiting RN or LPN's to conduct reviews, training the RN's and LPN's using WebEx and phone conference, handling all concerns that occurred with site reviews both with the RN or LPN and the physicians office, keeping a detailed spreadsheet of completed work, and completing all the end of project reports for the Health Plan and addressing any concerns they had after review of reports.

•Data entry and document scanning of important project information (i.e. completed medical site assessment forms, medical records, etc.). Processing medical records for all projects while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
