Being the Interim/Accounting Personnel Technician since October 2020, has been a great pleasure. I have learned many news skills that pertain to the job description. I an determined to keep pushing forward to doing my best and being proficient.
* Minimal Experience in Excel. But can work my way around the program.
* 7 Month experience in using ESCAPE to start new requisitions, imputing weekly payables.
* Experience in using AESOP Frontline Creating new vacancy's in the system. Editing absences. And helping in making the Aesop report as accurate as possible for payroll.
* Coordination of Substitutes for our Special Education Programs.
* Performed various administrative functions, including filing paperwork, delivering mail, sorting mail, office cleaning and bookkeeping.
As a Bilingual Clerk for the Consortium my main duties have been focused on helping our Valley with IEP Interpretation at IEP meetings for our Special Needs students and there families. The other part of the Bilingual Clerk position is translating IEP's into Spanish to help our families understand this legal document.
The other focus on my position has been helping to substitute any vacancy's that are needed to be filled in any program at all the school sites we provided Special Education services too.
When being in the office, and not having to be a substitute my main focuses were making sure any document that needed to be translated like IEP's any student Progress Reports were complete. I was also there to help our Administrative/Accounting Technician with any basic clerical help needed in order to keep the office pace smooth.
I began working with the Consortium as a Substitute Instructional Assistant. I started with doing some jobs at Oak Valley. The opportunity was provided to me when a student needed a one - on one aide at Solvang. I covered a vacancy at Solvang from March 2019 0 June 2019.
After graduating from the Academy of Dental Assisting , and Allan Hancock's College Program I began working with Dr. Adam Haws. This was my first dental assisting job position , I had no hands on experience in the job, Dr. Haws was very patient and trained me to be his lead Dental Assistant We completed many procedure like, basic and preventative dental care, crown and bridges, extractions, endo root canals. I was also in charge of completing any laboratory work, bleaching any smiles that requested any dental whiting procedures. I was also in charge of helping our spanish speaking patients that required any translations. I also completed any front desk duties like scheduling patient recall appointments, payments, insurance billing, any clerical task needed in the office. I was also in charge of taking any mouth x-rays, or bone imaging scans.
