RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Provided 2016 and 2017 training for DCMWC district office staff following upgrades to the division's information database.
 
Served on the DCMWC's 2015-2016 bankruptcy management team, which resulted in the formulation of permanent policy for the program.
Served on the 2015-2016 design team for the DCMW's new self-insurance underwriting process; co-created corresponding business forms; solely responsible for final grammatical edits.
 
Performed a critical role in the DCMWC's national office's migration from paper insurance cards to its participation in the National Council of Compensation Insurance (NCCI) insurance database in 2012/2013.
