In the summer of 2014 I started a fitness group that was open community it was dedicated to the core principles of trusting your fitness peers and offering confidence to one another. it originated from my vision of helping others find their inner and physical strength and improve their overall health regardless of fitness level or ability to pay. With the
collaboration of "Fitness Friends" this vision quickly became a plan, and that plan has turned into a five day a week group that meets at 5:30 a.m., Monday thru Friday, through the summer and was free and open to the public. As a certified personal trainer, I collaborated with other group leaders to provide a wide variety of workouts that focus on cardio and strength training, and are tailored to help each member achieve their maximum fitness potential without causing harm to their bodies. We also discussed a variety of other healthy living ideas. This model has proven successful as the group has watched their regular attendance grow rapidly in just a short amount of time.
