Instruct or coach groups up to 50 in indoor cycling exercise activities. Demonstrate techniques and form, observe participants, and explain to them corrective measures necessary to improve their skills.
Help clients exercise effectively and safely to achieve their fitness goals. Program workouts for individuals in 1-on-1 sessions, or up to groups of three.
Lead groups of 3-5 in designed fitness programs to achieve individual goals. Led bootcamp style workouts for large groups, and encouraged members to be the best version of themselves.
