Manage employees' Electronic Official Personnel File (e-OPF), process all transactions from on-boarding, during employment, and after off-boarding.

In-depth knowledge of the Personnel and Accounting Integrated Data (PAID) coding system, WebHR, e-OPF, Vista, and USA staffing.
Train 3 new P&R personnel the OLDE PAID system to code SF50 personnel actions and ensure actions complete transfer in DCPS to DFAS.
Enter data into the PAID system for a variety of positions, pay changes, performance awards, relocation and recruitment incentives, uniform allowances, extensions, separations or terminations, and other personnel actions.
Understand and interpret OPM standards to ensure personnel actions comply with GPPA policies and regulations.
Prepare report to provide feedback to HRMS Chief on all aspects of personnel actions and descrepancies.
Review system reports daily for completeness, inconsistencies, and accuracy.
Troubleshoot and submit remedy Enter and manage through resolution tickets into a national issue tracking database for payroll/benefit discrepancies.
Prepare records for audits according to Office of Personnel Management (OPM) classification standards and position descriptions.
Determine creditable civilian and/or military service and calculate Service Computation Date.
Track suspense and meet deadlines for each pay period.
