Assist clients with the application process and serve as the main liaison between property managers and clients. Attend lease signings with clients to ensure they have an accurate and clear understanding of the lease agreement and property policies. Complete accurate and in-depth quarterly reports for clients living in partner property in Santa Cruz county. Assist clients with yearly affordable housing recertifications with properties and Housing Authority. Serve as an approachable, professional and courteous point of contact for clients, property managers, local governmental agencies, and colleagues.
