House Sitter/Pet Sitter Resume Example

The past two years I have been entrusted with pet care and pet sitting services for two families.  My responsibilities include house and pet sitting for 4-7 days while they vacation through out the year.  I also groom horses, cleaning and shuck horse stalls and runs during the summer months for another family.

My passion is caring for, loving, and working with animals.  My goal is to work with animals throughout my high school and college years where I will work for my veterinary licence. 

I have worked with and have ridden horses for approximately 10 years.  I have competed a few years and have earned quite a few ribbons.  I have recently begun lessons in vaulting.  I have had the honor or leasing my horses from Kris, the owner of Hobby Horse Farms.  Kartoush, my horse, was selected for me by Kris - Kartoush was in a fragile state and Kris knew I would be patient, loving, and caring with Kartoush and work with him at his comfort level.  Kartoush was not easy to ride when I first began working with him, and he is now a very confident, eager horse that loves to jump and learn new things, we make a great team.
