  • I volunteered in the classroom in WA at Stillaguamish Valley School two days a week assisting the teachers in different classes.
  • I have part of my degree in Elementary Education, but I did not complete it due to a new baby in 2011. I have taken classes such as The Five Learning Styles of Teaching, all the prerequisites, and was First Aid Certified through WA State until 2012.
  • I have taught all my children to read, including my autistic 18 year old. I was told he would never read. I first taught him to read by memorization, and then I taught him to read phonetically. I have the training and knowledge to teach from Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. I just have not completed my degree.
