Developed a hands-on board to help track and analyze testing data. Created and led team discussions on what data shows and how other subjects can support tested subjects based on the analyzed data. Data boards were a major interest amongst other schools after they were presented at Leadership training meetings. Other schools adopted the data board system that I created and used with my team.

Co-coordinator of after school United Peer Learning Integrating New Knowledge (U.P.L.I.N.K) program. Created a program at Waimanalo to promote and encourage students to be Pono and do things just because it's the right thing to do. Hopes was to alleviate peer-pressure that students have to do things that are wrong. Waimanalo Intermediate's "Pono Posse" project has become a middle school system where teachers nominated students who do the right thing. Students are aware of the program, talk about it and are honored to be recognized for things that they do just because it's right. (2011-current).
