I have successfully taught HeartMath off and on for 16 years.
The Young Family Foundation,a non-profit retreat center, started at the onset of my employment with them in 2015. I was the sole part time employee to manage and grow the retreat center and 100 acre property. The purpose of my job title of managing the retreat home, was to oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of the property, including planning, organizing, leading and controlling program activities.. I think it is important for you to know I carried out all of my responsibilities with care, honesty, passion and success in a significant way that started the foundation of a now successful retreat center.

My responsibilities at Foxhollow were varied. I was a stress management coach for the Wellness center. Using my license as a HeartMath instructor.

When the Wellness Center closed in 2006, I started managing their Corporate & personal retreats. It was the most successful program at Foxhollow. They closed the retreat center in 2007 when the owners of Foxhollow decided to raise grass fed beef.
I have been married for 40 years. I have two married sons and two grandchildren, all which I adore ! I love the outdoors, yoga, wholesome food, intimate dinners with family and friends, boating on the Ohio river. I am a Christian.
