I am student and team focused. I enjoy the process of developing a rapport with each individual student/athlete and team member to assess and address the needs of each individual student to better progress their development and skill set.
With a BS in Psychology, AA in Nursing, and over 12 years experience of instructing and coaching gymnasts/students including those with: special needs (Autism, Select-Mutism, ADD, ADHD, OCD, ODD, schizophrenia, Asperger's) emotional concerns, and those with unstable households; I have a deep knowledge of what it takes to understand, assist, and guide each student.

Work alongside Recreational staff to oversee continuity in the teaching of skill technique, and of student's that need particular instruction or need to move to a different program.
Maintain a safe working space by checking equipment weekly, keeping first-aid stations stocked, and keeping event areas clean.
Communicate with Athletic Trainers, and develop conditioning programs for injured athletes.
Answer telephone calls to assist in student registration, payments, make-ups, or general questions.
Can assist in any class, camp, or gymnastics team level that needs instruction. Is also available and handy to communicate at the front desk.
Promote the gym to members through social media. I address staff birthdays, competition results, team happenings, and other exciting gym developments to keep members posted and in the loop.
Encouraged and oversaw the creation of the Developmental Team, which was a fast-pace group of athletes.
Oversaw the development of Bars, Vault, and Conditioning. Mentored and assisted fellow team coaches on proper skill break-downs, progressions, and drills.
