  • Takeda is a 230 year old pharmaceutical company that does $17B in net sales annually has continued to grow in size through recent acquisitions making them the 12th largest global pharmaceutical company.
  • IT Global Vendor Management Daily duties include contract management, financial management, performance management and relationship management using tools like Excel, Sharepoint, SAP, SRM, EDI, Emptoris and Cognos.
  • My management focus in the IT VMO spans the Hardware, Software and Outsourced Services both locally and globally.
  • Help manage the annual IT expense budget of $14M and project budget of $20.5M for the US in 2011.
  • Coordinate vendor meetings with our CTO team responsible for the strategic direction of IT systems.

  • We nearly tripled revenue in year two, from $610K in year one to $1.5 million, reaching $5 million in our third before leveling off in a changing market.
