I have been with Marshalls as a Front End Coordinator for 6 months. I control accurate cash transactions, change funds, rate of charge cards opened, customer service, creative and timely problem solving, and management of employees on the front end. I am skilled at handling customer issues in a timely manner, and I am able to think quickly on my feet. Not only am I proficient in managing others and money, but I have also been a house cleaner with successful experience in communication and efficacy. I have strengths in interpersonal skills and quick, efficient problem solving skills. backed by training in working with the local community both in state and out of state.
I am a college student that works full-time but is maintaining a 3.5 gpa. Not only that, but I have worked with the community for 5+ years, and I've completed 10 years of 4-H.
