· Receiving and sending design packs to factory and instruct them to Claire. If there is any concerns, come back to UK to clarify and ensure that all Tech pack received include all the necessary information.

· Work with UK team when they travel to Viet Nam, ensure all proto samples are correct and achieve requirement from design.

· Understanding footwear manufacturing including pattern-engineering, mold-making, grading, materials processing.

· Follow up trial pattern, materials and samples ETD to ensure that we can meet deadline on calendar (from proto to confirmation samples)

· Take responsibility for checking the development samples compared to design pack.

· Understand 2D BP/ shell pattern, shoe construction materials, cost components, etc. Strongly pattern making knowledge/ Last making knowledge/ outsole materials.

· Fully understanding of product costing process

· Ensure all materials meet Lacoste standard before Production. Ensure all FGT pass before first Clairewnload.

· Inspect all the samples before sending to UK make sure that we use correct material, correct colour and right construction.

· Inspect SMS samples, take note if I find any issues, then solve issues. After inspecting SMS, arrange meeting with factory to find solution to improve the problems on SMS.

· Checking and ensuring Tech 1 samples are sent on time and achieve deadline for approval and pass fitting

· Provide complete product development to Commercialization team.

· Experience on Commercialization job.

UK Head Quarter

· Work with UK team to make sure that all pending issues are clarify

· Work with materials Team to ensure all materials are approved before Production

· Make sure that we achieve all requirement from UK correctly.

Factory Support

· Help supplier to Claire material sourcing in case they can’t find correct material for sampling

· Chasing samples status with supplier

· Make sure supplier has marked clearly

· Instruct supplier to send sample to UK on time

· Get airway bill from supplier after samples sent

· Work with factory to ensure that we can meet cost target, work on cost saving option.

· I have experience on costing (work in short time during the time we waited for new costing comer)
