As a Food Service worker in the Canteen, I follow MSSLCs policy and procedures within the food service department. Prepping and preparing food for consumption, and at times altering food texture as ground, chopped, and or pureed according to an Individual's diet plan. My position is alternated weekly between the front end of the Canteen and working in the kitchen preparing and cooking food. Working in the front of the Canteen I take food orders, selling deli made foods, or selling grocer individual items such as soda, juice, milk, candy, cookies, chips, for the Individuals and staff workers. Prep and prepare any foods for the following day according to planned menu. Check cold and hot foods to make sure they are in their safe temperature range. Stored perishable food items in freezer or refrigerator to protect from spoilage. Keep food storage and preparation equipment in good working order to maximize safety and cost-efficiency of operations. Control portion sizes and garnishing for optimal cost controls. Check and record refrigerator and freezer temperatures daily to verify proper working conditions. Through out the day and at the end of shift clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware.

I contracted with Gaspy Home Healthcare for a year, working in their Quality Assurance department going over patient medical documentation, in order to file insurance claims. All documentation was to be exact to the Physician orders. All Nurse, and Therapist notes had to be filled out thoroughly and correctly. If anything was not in order, or properly documented, communication via email or phone was made to appropriate Office and Medical Staff in order to get these corrections made as soon as possible. , I worked as an Online Shopper. At the start of shift I would check out a TC device and log in to retrieve customer orders. I would then pick which to department to shop in. I would then shop for all items until list was completed. Any items that were not in stock, or could not be substituted was promptly communicated to the department supervisor. All items while shopped for were bagged and placed in labeled bin according to the customer order number. Items were then stored in proper areas according to dry, frozen, or cold merchandise. When dispensing customer orders, all stored orders were then pulled to the dispense area and grouped according to cluster pick up times and customer order numbers. When customers checked in, orders are then checked in to make sure everything is accounted for then taken out to the customer vehicle. Customer order is verified with the actual pick up person for the order. Customer is then notified of any changes to their order. Upon customer approval. order is then placed within the customers vehicle. At the end of shift work carts are stocked with appropriate items to shop for the next day. All TCs and batteries are accounted for and locked in security box. Areas are cleaned and secured.
