While at TMIKY, i got to experience not only hands on in the classroom, but also hands on experience outside the classroom in an intern setting. I learned so much about the medical field but also i learned more about people and their behavior. Medical science is a very unique yet universal thing. We may have different healing techniques, however we all have the same goal in mind and that is to heal. I got to learn my strengths and also my weaknesses in the field. Although i sometimes wonder what it would be like if i continued to work in the medical field, i got to find out that my true calling is more in the Psychology department. Learning and understanding why act they way they do and what may cause or prevent it happening.
