  • Make sure the thermometers being used are at the correct temperatures. As well as the ice cream and smoothie/mocha machine is of correct temperature to be served to our members.
  • Once im in the department I made sure all of our goods are up to date. If the date is passed I quickly dispose of it and open a new one. (if another one isn't available, in the walk-in, I go to the appropriate area to see if I'm able to obtain it).
  • When extra goods or other supplies are needed, I head upfront and make sure all the goods are paid for under the appropriate badge scan; Then mark the correct dates on the goods.
  • Forecasted trends beyond the production log match and adjusted inventory to match expectations.
  • For the day, I calculate how much of our freezer products we may need for the following day via the freezer drop list. Then I look for everything else we may need. From the steel, to the cooler and to the freezer I make sure to have the appropriate amount of items we need for the following day and for the week ahead.
