As a Flight Attendant I was responsible for SAFETY, SECURITY & Service.
Emergency and Security procedures as well as the service on board built the foundation of my position.
After the arrival at the aircraft and preparing the cabin for the flight and boarding of passengers SAFETY is the most important task of a Flight Attendant.
Serving food and beverage to the guests is the foundation of service which I was often able to enhance by helping passenger with seating issues, special meals, medical problems or simply by giving out toys or serving baby food.
In some cases extended issues such as passengers not willing to cooperate concerning safety procedures, serious medical conditions or unacceptable behavior of passengers ,has to be solved.
After a safe landing saying Good Bye to every passenger on board is the last task on board before the work day comes to an end.

Providing callers with item availability at specific stores of their choices was one of the basic tasks to be completed as well as forwarding reclamations to the certain warehouses.
