Received incoming calls from Verizon customers in need of payment arrangements, payment disputes, and payment investigations and to make a payment on their Verizon residential accounts.
I also handled accounts that had been closed out but left with a renaming balance.
I placed disputes on accounts if needed or collected on the full amount depending on the situation of the call.
Depending on the needs of the customer I either took the payment over the phone for them or advised of our self-serve options including mailing in the payment, going to myverizon.com or their mobile app, I also encouraged customers to enroll in auto pay in order to make the bill pay efficient and hassle free.
