I am seeking a development position in a nonprofit environment. I am excited about the opportunity to utilize my talents as a sales executive, financial planner, philanthropist and fund-raiser to be a benefit to people seeking a better future, which is my life long passion.
Performance driven sales professional with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals. More than 25 years of sales experience has prepared me for working in the non-profit sector. My extensive sales experience coupled with the many donor relationships I have cultivated in my various board appointments places me in a strong position to provide immediate results for the right organization.
I possess a deep and broad understanding of the giving process for corporate and individual donors. The motivation to give and why is a question I have answered personally as a donor and as someone asking for a donation through my various board assignments. In addition, my financial planning background assists me in guiding donors in various ways that foster the giving process especially through my knowledge of beneficiary life insurance policies, transferring assets to gain taxable advantage and estate tax law as it pertains to gifting.
