I professionally maintained multiple HOA properties including High rise buildings and large complexes. This involved all accounting, maintenance (boiler system,plumbing, internal and external structure of the properties) and close homeowner service to make sure the properties were a desirable investment.

-learned how to maintain chillers/ cooling towers, and control radiant heating/cooling through out high rise buildings.

Over saw all Lake Havasu unified school districts HVAC and Telecommunication retrofits. Built multiple call centers for SRP and cutovers
-I received training on how HVAC controls and systems were wired and maintained through out different buildings and schools.
-I maintained all out of town employee's with housing (I was able to save allot of money renting houses instead of hotels) and expenses for the entire length of the contract.
