My Duties as Family Service Worker is to perform direct and indirect services to the children and families involved in the Head Start Program. The Family Service Worker performs the necessary duties required to implement the Head Start Program's Family and Community Engagement services, Health services, Additional services for Children with Disabilities, Transition services, and services to Enroll Pregnant Women. Family Service Workers also ensures the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) federal requirements are met at center level. Duties also include, administrative, clerical, and closely related support services and assisting the program's Head Start/Early Head Start Specialists.
