Store was OPEN the whole time during this Major Store Re-model Project.
It was noisy, dusty, dirty and very stressful. Lots of Construction crews, Corporate folks and lots of Confused Customers.
It was very CHAOTIC! Lead my Team to stay Calmed and Collected with a Ton of Patience. Construction crews, Corporate folks and most of all our Customers (internal and external) were all helped and served admirably.
