EXECUTIVE SALES PROFESSIONAL
Summary
Courageous and enthusiastic sales professional who thrives on success. Earned a Master of Science degree in Mathematics, selected as an FBI special agent, changed careers and have had successes as an executive pharmaceutical sales representative. All of these fields are achievements and require discipline and ambition to accomplish. A leader with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Accomplishments
Over the past 2 years I have focused my career development in leadership activities. In 2015 I was selected to participate in GSK's Emerging Leaders Development Program, an annual program for a limited number of selected employees who aspire to become First-Line Leaders. I graduated the ELD program in 2016 and soon after, was awarded to participate in a six-month International Global PULSE assignment in Uganda, Africa where I was matched up with the Earth Institute/Columbia University to work on a women's empowerment project. I worked as a business manager for entrepreneurship activities for young women. You can follow my journey at: https://gskpulsevolunteers.com/tag/Amanda-Eubanks/ PULSE is GSK's flagship skills-based volunteering initiative. Through PULSE, motivated employees are matched to a non-profit organization for three or six months full-time, contributing their skills to help solve healthcare challenges at home and abroad. Employees lend the same expertise that they have been applying in their GSK roles in order to help GSK's non-profit partners.

Experience promoting a Respiratory portfolio of products, Neurology products, Anti-viral medications, Dermatology products, Urology medications

  • 2015 Modified and Implemented a tool for the district in order to assist field representatives in addressing managed care questions via the IPAD when needs or obstacles arose from HCPs.
  • This not only increased representatives' confidence in managed care access for GSK products, it also instilled full confidence when speaking to physicians about our medicines and the access made available to the patients.
  • It also aided reps in addressing issues "in the moment" and not miss out on opportunities of helping our customers on the spot when an objection was raised.
  • 2015 Responsible for Providence Hospital Formulary win for Breo.
  • Local pulmonologists in my territory requested that Breo be added to the Providence Hospital Formulary.
  • Since there was no longer a HAM in place, I single-handedly conducted in-services for 36 pharmacists and pharmacy techs, and 50 respiratory therapists to ensure that they knew specific scientific information and dosing information in order to help them assist their patients.
  • I also partnered with the Integrated Health System Account Manager in order to pull this initiative through.
  • Amanda Bertagnolli Eubanks Page 2.
  • 2016 Responsible for Spring Hill Medical Center Formulary win for Breo and Incruse.
  • With no hospital account manager in my territory, I wanted to not only continue my development and knowledge within the hospital account space, but I wanted the best options for patients, respiratory therapy staff and the overall bottom line for this community hospital.
  • Additionally, the Pulmonologists wanted the products to be available on this hospital formulary, due to the increase in their prescribing it for their patients.
  • I conducted sales calls to Buddy Chico- Pharmacy Director and Joe Adkins- Clinical Pharmacist intermittently from late 2015 to mid 2016.
  • I also developed relationships with Joe Woulard, Manager of Respiratory Therapy, Cathy Marino, 1st shift manager and Orlander Williams, 2nd shift manager in the department of Respiratory Therapy.
  • I single-handedly scheduled in-services with both departments covering both day and night shifts to ensure that they knew specific scientific information and dosing information in order to help them assist their patients.
  • The Ascension Health System Account Manager helped me pull this initiative through since there was no System Account Manager for this hospital.
Instructor of MathematicsJan 1996 to Jan 2004
Bishop State Community College - Alabama
  • Teaching Mathematics and Statistics, advising students, creating power point presentations, preparing daily lessons, conducting supplemental problem solving sessions in order to assist students, and assigning grades.
  • Taking and passing courses in a specific program of study, enabled students to transition to four year colleges or universities or complete a technical program of study.
  • Training on the implementation of on-line courses to curriculum which resulted in me leading an initiative to bring the first on-line courses to the Division of Mathematics and Science such as On-line Statistics and Applied Calculus.
Cheerleading Coach
