Maintain complete knowledge of, and complies with, all department policies, service procedures, and standards.
Maintain familiarity with all hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality cleanliness of the casino, public areas, offices, and other areas, as designated.
Clean between slot machines, removes papers, glasses, debris, and discards all empty bottles. Wipe down all slot machines, change booths and change banks, in assigned areas.
Review assigned area and completes general removal of trash/debris. Empty and clean ashtrays/urns and trashcans.
Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc in restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes
Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen
Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to client in the comments section on the customer checklist.
Clean guestrooms including duties such as making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping down or dusting all surfaces. Replenish all guest amenities and information folders as needed. Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors with damp rags and proper chemicals when applicable. Replenish all amenities such as ashtrays, soaps and tissues. Places clean bathmats on tubs and/or shower doors and clean towels on towel racks.
Supervised assigned floors and ensures all rooms are cleaned to Company standards. Create a good work environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction and properly utilizes performance feedback, recognition, training, and follow company policies. Supervised Housekeeping employees to ensure they are alert to all their duties and adhere to Company and Housekeeping policies and procedures. Inspect at least 20 rooms on a daily basis to ensure Guest Room Attendants are conforming to the sanitation requirements of health laws and standards set by the Company. Maintain records including repairs needed, lost and found items, and quality of work completed by employees.
