As a small group Teacher in Nanning, I have worked with students as young as 3 up to 50yrs old. We work on shapes, colors, numbers, alphabet, reading and of course speaking, I find this very rewarding because I can see how a student can grow over time and the smile on there faces when they can speak to me and others in English. But the best thing is to see how proud their parents and friends are when they can hear and see how well they can speak English.
