- Advise technicians on methods of resolving troubleshooting problems, repairing difficult system malfunctions, research and analysis, and resolving equipment problems.

Accomplishments
Meritoriously Promoted 2 times throughout career due to high rate of personal and leadership success. Designated a Collateral Duty Inspector ahead of peers after only 3 years in service (2007) and 1 year later (2008) designated as a Quality Assurance Representative by the Maintenance Officer. In addition to duties as an Avionics Quality Assurance Representative, I was personally sought by the Commanding Officer to serve additionally as an enlisted aircrewman in the UH-1N and AH-1W attack helicopters serving as a door gunner.

While serving as a door gunner I was able to provide avionics technical insight to the pilots and perform in flight repairs while deploying crew served weapons.  I received multiple personal awards for outstanding performance of duties while serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan. These Awards include:
