  • Draft, review and submit Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC) for County owned facilities as part of the Interdepartmental Tank Program and local business for petroleum storage tanks when requested.
  • Prepare and present interpretive educational programs (e.g.
  • slide shows presentations, public speeches and demonstration, etc) to educate inform co workers, colleagues, and members of the regulated community concerning regulatory requirements and BMP's for RCRA related hazardous waste, environmental health and safety programs.
