I am technology driven to design and develop new training programs and modify existing curricula to meet the needs of students. As Instructor, I help students obtain the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a fast-paced setting and high stress situations. I develop interpersonal skills while offering a complete and thorough lesson plan. As a highly organized instructor successful at managing people and time, I offer prompt feedback on training assessments, participant behavior and the overall effectiveness of each training session. I view myself as a charismatic and energetic instructor highly creative in developing training strategies that build strong teams and cultivate positive environments.
