16 years experience in the mechanical and technical fields of voting equipment and technology. Maintenance of mechanical voting machines for a period of 9 years that included mechanical knowledge of how various parts of the machinery worked including but not limited to expert mechanical skills and welding. 7 years in the electronic field of testing and programing voting machines along with the basic replacement of various parts both internal and external on the electronic voting machines. I have also been responsible for the warehousing and inventory of all of the voting equipment for an entire county. For short periods of two months around election time I also supervise a small group of employees that are hired on a part time basis. I've trained poll workers and staff on how to use the voting system and equipment. Before I worked on voting equipment I did maintenance for a company that had a large warehouse. My duties included repair of various items, plowing snow, operating a forklift and front loader, landscaping of the property, and much more. I also have experience in automotive repair.

I was a key factor in Luzerne Counties switch from mechanical voting machines to an Electronic voting system.
