  • B787-9 baseline: Design and maintain wire harness models of the mid-body section coordinating the system integration with partners and providing feedback to Boeing wire design team. Also implementing new design changes per customer request.
  • Communicate, coordinate and/or implement design solutions with the customer
  • Ensure design optimization through analysis of the cost, weight and efficient wire installations.
  • Define and develop Pathway Space Reservation model for interior commodities like IFE, VCS, Stow bin, End cap, Galleys, Closets, Bar units, Lavatories and Attendant seats to provide supports to ease installation and accessibility for all possible customer configuration working with manufacturing and Boeing VLI team.
  • 787-8 Program: Design and maintain wire harness model of commodities like Galleys, Lavatories and Bar Unit.
  • Configuration of wire harness model and part management in Enovia.
  • Integrate interior wiring with environmental, cooling ducting, main Galley-Lavatory structure and other electrical systems.
  • Define best routing, proper components, attachment location and length to install and support all of the options per customer specification.
  • Inspect wire harness installation into the aircraft in factory to check for compliance per Boeing design requirements.
  • Effective communication and coordination with Boeing engineers and partners.
