I strive to provide quality-driven care through effective communication, leadership, and care that involves both team collaboration as well as initiative and independent judgement.
During this experience, I collaborated with multi-disciplinary staff to improve overall patient care and response times, monitored patients for signs of distress or decompensation and alerted staff of emergency situations, prioritized care based on clinician orders and current patient symptoms to optimize resource utilization, and worked with physicians, nurses, and other health care providers to provide supplies, instruments and equipment for procedures,
