Nursing student at Chamberlain College of Nursing with over 400 hours to date of clinical experience as a nursing student as well as 2 years of direct patient care experience as an Emergency Department (ED) Technician at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. I expect to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in August 2021. In both my nursing school clinical experiences and my work as an ED Technician, I have provided compassionate and reliable emergency care to a diverse group of patients. My experience in the emergency department has provided me with opportunities to care for patients and families across a wide spectrum of diversity to meet their unique needs involving a variety of physical, psychological, emotional, and cultural variations while managing dynamic conditions, establishing and engaging in trustworthy rapport with patients and families, and collaborating with nurses and physicians to provide the highest quality of care.
