Take as Prescribed Project
Duties include: Conducting assessment and analysis of data, Providing written and oral presentation of projects, Creating surveys in Survey Monkey and subsequently extracting data, Providing guidance to mental health and substance abuse agencies in forming and assessing performance measures, Cleaning and analyze data from surveys, Using Excel to format data and create graphical representations, Conducting implementation, process and outcome evaluations, and participating in continuous quality improvement activities, Ensuring all evaluation measures and instruments are appropriate to the target population and/or communities served, and for the provision of direct services and technical assistance with sub-recipient contractors, Providing training to all contracted agencies on how to correctly complete and submit training data, Keeping records of all training data, activities, and partnerships, and submit quarterly to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Association (SAMHSA).
Participating in monthly conference calls with Grant Project Officers to discuss all data related updates, issues, and upcoming events.
Extracting child welfare and mental health treatment utilization data, client demographics, and analyze data utilizing appropriate statistical methods.
Participating in conference calls with Grant Project Officers to discuss all data related updates, issues, and upcoming events Project Evaluator Oklahoma Take as Prescribed/Prescription Drug Abuse Project Duties include: Working closely with the Tulsa Police Department, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and other agencies in partnerships with the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse who participate in the Naloxone/Take as Prescribed project, Collecting all pre and post surveys from those in partnerships who participate in the Take as Prescribed program, Inputting and analyzing all pre and post surveys including variables such as, change in attitude and average number of years as a police officer, Keeping track of all individuals trained to administer naloxone (overdose drug) in the State of Oklahoma, Tracking all naloxone administrations and overdose death reversals due to naloxone in the State of Oklahoma, Presenting data to quarterly naloxone work group meetings, Training and providing technical assistance to police officers and other partnered agencies across the state on how to submit data, Working with pharmacies across the state to receive naloxone refill data.

Created a wellness program for NewView Oklahoma; conducted extensive research on those who are visually impaired, conducted a needs assessment for participants, educated staff on program planning, implementation, incentives, and evaluating programs.
Created a wellness program manual with evaluation forms, consent forms, health topics, local resources, national awareness months, and community events.
Coordinated a lunch and learn for the employees, worked with the Oklahoma State Department of Health and the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance abuse for resources for this underserved community.
