I have had a very large amount of students be they children or adults over the years. I have been in charge of both small and large groups. My biggest strength I believe would be my ability to adapt to whatever situation may come my way. I have always worked well with others. Many of my former employers, directors, Professors, deans, etc... will tell you I am a very energetic and enthusiastic worker. I have a very natural ability to tell when orhers are in need, in trouble, or whatever may be the case; and how to go about dealing with whatever is causing this hypothetical students/workers Issues. I'm very good at creating a team like culture. I don't believe teaching or managing can be done well just by yelling your feelings out, theres a lot more to it than that. Teaching on a large scale is about having fun, accomplishing as much as the group can in given time, and making sure to notice anyone lagging behind. Teaching on a smaller scale or privately is more about understanding who you are teaching and what they are capable of learning, then after you've completed that then you can start many different methods of teaching someone how to do any certain specific thing. I am very of the mind that anyone can be taught how to do anything within the realms of possibility.
Developed lesson plans to teach course materials according to schedule.
