In the immediate I've been an Driver Development Instructor with the responsibility of developing skills of driver apprentices as well as increasing the morale and opportunity for employee advancement. My scope in this position is to provide check rides in the area of accident and injury prevention, and provide educational rides for productivity with multiple reports made available for local and regional leaderships. I provide local and traveling education formats for pre-shifting areas of safety, compliance, inspection, and latest technology reviews. Previously I'd been a coach for nigh on ten years upholding similar duties. I've won every coveted award my present company offers form daily operations to sales. Previously I've held dispatching positions for multiple operations. I set up the courses and tests for our states local truck driving competitions, and am a local, judge.
