I've worked in the management field for 10 years, 2 years as an Assistant Manager & 8 years as an Manager for various companies both in the retail and food service industries. As a manager I've supervised up to 70 employees in which staff members feel comfortable approaching and voicing their concerns to me. I'm a very high energy and hardworking person and I do well at motivating people to help better themselves and the company. I was responsible for the company profit by overlooking all departments: hiring, training, inventory, quality assurance, maintenance, safety, advertising, promotional material and crew morale. I'm a very hardworking, dependable and customer service focused individual.

My responsibilities are to: Service the disabled community by transporting them to and from their destinations safely and in a timely manner, knowledgeable with Trapeze and Transit Master programs, able to communicate effectively and clearly using proper radio and phone etiquette, able to route street to street, assist & direct operators with needed information to locate address, monitor runs throughout the day to ensure that operators are running in a timely fashion and identify potential problems, help troubleshoot minor mechanical situations, handle and complete all emergency road calls and able to work as a team with fellow co-workers.
Worked as an Handi-van Operator from Sept. 1999 to 2008. Responsible to safely transport the disabled community to and from their destinations and always representing the company with a professional attitude. Must be able to read and understand a map book in order to route a manifest (street to street) and find any given address. I was also a line instructor and inside instructor for newly hired operators. My responsibilities were to train new incoming operators to obtain their commercial drivers license, train them read and understand a map book, route a manifest, how to find a particular location, how to safely secure a wheel chair or mobility device and to be safe drivers.
Worked as a Store Manager for Haleiwa McDonald's from 1989 to 1997. My responsibilities were to increase profits by developing, initiating and managing all departments: hiring, training programs, quality control, inventory, promotions/advertisements, employee incentives, weekly staff meetings and maintenance. I was also responsible to complete weekly work schedules for both managers and crew. Responsible to enforce a safe and friendly working environment.
