Dispatch approximately 10-30 drivers by assuring safe, legal, and on-time pick-up/delivery of freight by monitoring effectiveness and efficiency of each driver by compiling statistics on a daily basis to deliver to job sites. Build, Input, Assign loads/equipment into dispatch TMW Suite. Acquire routes and permits for over-sized, over-weight loads.Receive inbound phone calls from customers for sizing, scheduling, and booking of freight.Assist office manager, sales personnel and other office staff in day-to-day operations. Instruct approximately 25 Local drivers of their next load information as each of them deliver on average 1-4 loads each day.
